We handle contractors, sourcing, orders, deliveries, and installation so you can simply relax and look forward to the big reveal.

  • Initial Design Fee: Covers the concept development and early design work. This fee varies depending on the number of rooms, size, and scope of the project and will be quoted individually after your initial consultation.

Project Fee: Typically 15% of the overall project budget you set covering design time, site visits, trade sourcing, full project management, delivery, and aftercare.
