FAQs

How long does a full interior design project take?

The timeline for a full interior design project depends entirely on the scope of the work and the timeframe you are working towards. We always aim to accommodate specific deadlines where possible.

As a general guide, once the design has been signed off, the ordering and bespoke manufacturing phase typically takes 8 to 12 weeks. Installation timelines will be confirmed once all items are ready.

How long does an e-design project take?

An e-design project usually takes approximately 2 to 3 weeks per room, starting from payment and the initial discovery call.

This timeframe will be confirmed once you have been in contact, as timings can vary depending on the size of the project and other work we have running at the same time.

What is included in your design service?

Our design service can include space planning, mood boards, colour schemes, furniture and lighting selections, soft furnishings, and detailed specifications. The exact scope of work will always be confirmed at the start of your project.

Do you work to a set budget?

Yes. Budgets are agreed before the design phase begins, either as an overall project budget or on a per-room basis. This ensures the design is realistic, achievable, and aligned with your expectations. No spend is made without your approval. This is a frequently asked question?

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

Do you offer project management?

Yes. We offer full project management, which can include ordering and procurement, supplier liaison, bespoke commissions, coordination of trades, delivery management, and overseeing installation to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Can you work to a specific deadline?

We always try to accommodate specific deadlines where possible. Please let us know your desired timeframe during the initial consultation so we can advise on feasibility and next steps.

Can I use my own suppliers or existing furniture?

We are always happy to incorporate existing furniture and pieces you already own into your design, where appropriate, and this is discussed during the discovery phase.

When it comes to using suppliers or contractors outside of our trusted network, this can sometimes be more complex. As we do not have prior experience working with their products or workmanship, we are unable to guarantee their work or take responsibility should any issues arise, such as incorrect installation or delays.

For this reason, we generally recommend working with our trusted network of suppliers and trades. That said, we are always open to discussion and happy to review options on a case-by-case basis.

If we are required to liaise with or coordinate an external supplier or contractor, this will still fall under our project management services and a project management fee will apply.

Do you offer bespoke furniture and soft furnishings?

Yes. We regularly design and commission bespoke furniture, cabinetry, upholstery, and soft furnishings, all tailored specifically to your space and requirements.

What areas do you cover?

We work on projects across the UK. E-design services are available nationwide, and in-person services are offered depending on location and project scope.

How do payments work?

An initial design fee or deposit is required before any work begins. No items are ordered until payment has been received. Payment timelines and schedules will be clearly outlined and agreed in advance.

How involved do I need to be in the process?

This is entirely up to you. Some clients prefer to be closely involved at every stage, while others are happy to hand over the reins. We tailor our process to suit your preferences.

How do I get started?
